Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and organise lab work, support investigations and upscaling activities in the factory
– Analyse process data to maintain and report on key measures
– Manage and report on project progress, flagging issues and proposing solutions
– Create and complete project documentation and briefs
– Ensure compliance in regulations, legislation, and procedures
– Monitor the market and industry developments, providing technical input for NPD planning
To succeed in this role, you will need a BSc in a scientific field, and experience of formulating with natural and non-petrochemical ingredients.
