Take ownership of the full scope of HR responsibilities with one of the world’s fastest growing and most influential beauty brands. Working closely with International colleagues, you will maintain and enhance the company’s HR policies, programs, and practices.
The company thrives on collaboration and communication, and this role is fully office-based in central London.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop core HR programs; performance management, compensation planning, team reviews
– Instigate and project-manage people-related initiatives through clear communication, coaching, and strategic planning
– Ensure the employee experience aligns with the company’s culture and values
– Ensure the smooth running of all HR functions including employee relations, administrative tasks, and 3rd-party service providers
– Offer data-driven recommendations on compensation, structure, and promotions
– Identify strategies for employee development, retention, and succession planning
– Organize and deliver targeted training programs to address employee development needs
– Define and manage a best-in-class onboarding process, ensuring new team members are welcomed and primed for success.
