As Packaging Technologist for an award-winning, disruptive, global skincare brand, you will ensure their packaging remains innovative and impactful, while meeting ambitious commercial and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Steer packaging projects through all stages from concept to market launch
– Identify and mitigate potential risks related to packaging and product development
– Develop robust processes to ensure packaging meets global compliance and quality standards
– Oversee artwork processes, ensuring accuracy and smooth progression
– Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers and service providers
– Lead sustainability initiatives, driving new thinking for eco-friendly packaging
– Scout out global beauty trends, pushing boundaries to keep packaging fresh and innovative
Candidate Requirements:
– Experience as a packaging technologist or specialist in beauty, preferably skincare
– Knowledge of global packaging regulations and various packaging formats
– Understanding of quality assurance and testing for packaging materials
– Strong project management skills, organised, accurate and able to handle complex projects
– Adaptable to a fast-paced, agile work environment
– Preferred: CAD skills and a Degree or Diploma in Packaging Technology
