Key Responsibilities:
– Build strong, productive partnerships with high street retail and e-commerce customers
– Provide a central point of contact between your customers and internal teams, responding to enquiries promptly and accurately
– Lead implementation and optimise performance of launch and promo campaigns
– Monitor and manage budgets, identifying potential issues and solutions
– Deliver product training sessions to retail partners, enhancing brand knowledge and visibility
– Analyse trends, conduct field visits, and proactively identify market opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
– Success in Account Management within the beauty industry, ideally including a skincare or suncare brand
– Hands-on experience with high street retailers and pure-play beauty websites
– Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
– Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
