Thriving on collaboration and communication, the team works in the Manchester office 4 days each week.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across the UK territory
– Manage and mentor field sales and education teams to ensure high performance
– Provide excellent support and build strong relationships with key accounts and salon partners
– Develop and implement growth strategies for the UK market, aligning with overall brand objectives
– Proudly represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, networking and building new connections
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven track record in sales management within professional haircare, with a strong understanding of the professional salon channel in the UK
– Ability to develop relationships with Key Accounts
– Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Experienced, effective team leader
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
